Six-Figure Result for VanMeter Sales at Keeneland April

   Van Meter Sales brought a single-horse draft to Keeneland’s April Select Horses of Racing Age Sale for its first in-person consignment, and left with another six-figure result under its belt with the sale of the three-year-old filly Tiger Division for $100,000. 

   Originally purchased for $45,000 at OBS last April, Tiger Division–a daughter of Omaha Beach–broke her maiden in January at Turfway Park and has been placed on two other occasions. Out of the stakes-placed Kool Kat (Scat Daddy), Tiger Division is from the family of champion sprinter Kona Gold.
